So… It’s over…thank heaven.

The house was full like every year and I aint moaning but it was hectic.

Everyone enjoyed the stuffing which I had my doubts about. I used an old recipe with honey, oregano and marinated hazelnuts with brown bread.

As always, we are still feasting on the bird carcass (not a veggie) and picking dem bones. I seem to have inherited this blog.

Always the same with young folk, they start something with a bang..the hormones kick in and it’s out the window.

I am off to New York for New Years Eve which is a long way but should be a blast. This chicken still has some spunk!
